Business Model

The business Model for skills enhancement services work like a triangular pyramid with the Knowledge and Industry Partners representing two sides of the pyramid and the academic partners joining the pyramid as the third partner. The three players rest on the technology platform provided by Mindlogicx who acts as the enabler of the whole system. All the four partners are integral entities of the business & delivery model of GradFirst – The Hybrid Finishing School.

It is to be noted here that academic Partners are universities and colleges whose students need to be Reskilled or Upskilled and provide the raw material (skilled manpower) and Industry Partners (Recruitment Partners) are the consumers of the skilled or processed man power from GradFirst.
In short, Recruitment Partners are corporate and organizations who have a requirement for skilled workforce. GradFirst provides them access to the authentic database of reskilled and upskilled candidates who are basically fresh graduates whose database are authenticated by the participating academic partners. This is the USP of the system as the databases are made available through www.jobready4u.com which is India’s First Job portal exclusively for fresh graduates.
As the technology partner, Mindlogicx handles the services that include setting up of Hardware hardware & software, connectivity, bandwidth management, backup, disaster management and IT Security under the broader framework of Managed Application Service (MAS).
